Lee Hayes is the President & CEO of Cedar, based in Dublin, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operational vision, and ongoing evolution. Before assuming this role, Lee served as President & CEO of Chirisa Technology Parks and previously worked as a Managing Director at Chirisa Investments. His experience spans investment, platform leadership, and the delivery of large-scale, high-performance developments across multiple markets.
Lee studied at the University College Dublin and brings a disciplined, long-term perspective that informs Cedar’s growth and approach to both investment and development.
